Add a Knowledge Base Search to your Web Chat Integration

When editing an existing Web Chat Integration or creating a new one, you will have the option to add a Knowledge Library to your Web Chat integration.

On the Configurations screen, you will be met with multiple support channels to choose from. 

To enable the Knowledge Base Search, select the circle next to 'Knowledge Base', give it a title and description, and choose the library you want to be associated with the Web Chat integration.

After choosing the Knowledge Base integration, click 'Save and Next, and then 'Done'.


Your Web Chat integration should now look like the following:
