Add a Team Chat to your Web Chat Integration

When editing an existing Webchat Integration or creating a new one, you will have the option to add a Team Chat to your Webchat widget.

On the Configurations screen, you will be met with multiple support channels to choose from. 

To enable the Team Chat, select the circle next to 'Chat', give it a title, and select the team the chat will be routed to.

This will route all chat messages sent in your Web Chat integration to a team of your choosing.
