Add a Virtual Assistant to a Web Chat Integration

What's in this article?

  1. Click your profile picture, and then click Settings.

  2. On the left navigation menu, click Channels.


  3. Under Web Connect, click Configure.

  4. Choose your Virtual Assistant's Appearance

  5. Choose your team's availability

    Note: It is recommended to leave the settings on this page as the default settings.

  6. Choose which Sponsor Team and Bot are associated with your Webchat Integration


  7. Install the Code and Activate your Integration
