Add Forms to your Web Chat Integration

When editing an existing Web Chat Integration or creating a new one, you will have the option to add Forms to your Web Chat integration.

On the Configurations screen, you will be met with multiple support channels to choose from. 

To enable Forms, select the circle next to 'Forms', give it a title, button text, and choose the forms you would like your end users to fill out.

Your Web Chat integration should now look like the following:
