Add Email to your Web Chat Integration

When editing an existing Web Chat Integration or creating a new one, you will have the option to add an Email to your Web Chat integration.

On the Configurations screen, you will be met with multiple support channels to choose from. 

To enable the Email option, select the circle next to 'Email', give it a title, and choose the email to which your end users will be routed.

Your Web Chat integration should now look like the following:
