Label Avatars

You can change the image that appears on Labels that you add to the home page of your external Library. You can update the avatar of a Label by editing it on the Knowledge home page.

It is best to use a 100x100 pixel image for Label avatars.

1. Click on the More Options Menu next to the Label you want to update the avatar for, then click Edit.
2. Click the Change button, then click the Browse button to open up your computer's file explorer window.
3. Select the image file you wish to use then click the Upload button.
4. You will see the image thumbnail change to the image you just uploaded. When you are done, click the Save button.
5. In a few minutes, the image for that Label will be updated in your external Library as long as that Label has been added to the external home page.
