Can I move Labels or Sub-labels in my Knowledge Library?

Move Labels

If you have a Label or Sub-label that you'd like to move, you can do so by editing the Label in the Knowledge home page.


  1. Click on the More Options Menu next to the Label you wish to move, then click Edit.
  2. Select the Label or Sub-label you want to move the Label to from the Nest Label Under dropdown then click the Save button.

    If you want the label to be under the parent Library, select None.

  3. Your Label will be moved along with any Articles that were associated with that Label.
