Create Article
Articles give your readers access to informational content both inside CXME and your External Knowledge Library. When you are in the Knowledge view, it's easy to create new draft Articles. Let's learn how!
Your ability to create new Articles depends on your Role & Permissions.
- Click the Create button, then click on Add Article.
- Give your Article a Title, select which Library it should be added to, and optionally choose a Template to base it off of in the Create Article Modal that pops up. If you only have one Library, the Library field will default to that Library. The Template field will always default to None which let's you start with a blank Article. Whenever you are ready, click the Save button.
- Your new Article has been created! You can come back to edit it any time through the Knowledge home page.
