  1. Cases View Picklist - Choose from any of the default or custom views to see specific Cases in your list. The total number of Cases in the view will be listed next to the picklist. This picklist will default to All Cases after every time you log in but will stay on whatever you select as long as you are logged in.
  2. Cases List - All of the Cases that match the view you select in the picklist or the filters you apply will be listed here. They are organized by newest updated at the top by default.
  3. Search Cases - Use this to specifically search the Cases view. The results will depend on the view you selected in the picklist or the filter you apply to the Cases list.
  4. Card Display Button - Click this button if you want the Cases list to show each Case as an individual card. Anytime you access the Cases view, it will default back to the card display unless you create a custom view that defaults to another display type.
  5. Table Display Button - Click this button if you want the Cases list to be displayed as a table with each Case on a separate row.
  6. Filter Button - Apply filters to specific views to narrow down the Cases in your list or create custom views for yourself or your Team members. Clicking the filter button will also give you access to the Export to Excel feature if you want to export any of your Cases views to a spreadsheet.
  7. Insights - Get real-time data on the specific Cases view you have selected or filters you have applied.
  8. Team Chat - Access chat rooms to discuss important topics with the rest of your Team members.
  9. Navigation - If there are more than 25 Cases in your list, you can use these handy navigation controls to skip to specific pages, the next page of results, the last page, or even refresh the results in your list.
