Create a Journey - App V5

1. Click Journeys from the left-hand navigation
2. Click Create Journey
3. Enter a Public Name for the Journey
   Note: This will be visible to customers
4. Enter an Internal Name
   This will only be visible internally and should reflect internal terminology
5. If needed, you can enter a Public Description
   Note: This will be visible to customers

   

6. Click OK to create the Journey
7. Click Create First Stage
8. Enter a Public Name
   Note: This will be visible to customers
9. Enter an Internal Name
   This will only be visible internally and should reflect internal terminology
10. If needed, you can enter a Public Description
    Note: This will be visible to customers
11. Click Apply
12. To add additional stages, Click + Stage
13. Continue to add as many stages as needed
14. Next, add Steps inside of the Stages. Click Steps
15. Add a Step, Path, or Parallel Steps as needed by dragging and dropping it into place
    Or Click to add to the bottom
16. Set the Step visibility to Internal or Customer as desired
17. Enter a Public Name
    Note: This will be visible to customers
18. Enter an Internal Name
    This will only be visible internally and should reflect internal terminology
19. If needed, you can enter a Public Description
    Note: This will be visible to customers
20. Click Apply to save your changes

Note: Changing a Journey after it has been created will only affect new attatchments. Existing Journyes will not be updated.
