Complete a Journey - App V5

What's in this article?

  1. Click Journeys from the Case Details
  2. Perform the steps listed
  3. When done with a Task, Click the Ellipses menu
  4. Click "Complete Action" to mark the Task as complete
  5. You will now be moved to the next Task
  6. You can also click the "Complete" box under the Task to complete it when available
  7. If needed you can also skip an task by selecting Skip Action
  8. Some Tasks require that a decision be made, or option selected
  9. Use the drop-down to make a selection
    Choosing an option will move the journey to the next Task
  10. Click Apply to complete the Task
  11. When all tasks in a Step have been completed, the Step will be marked as Completed
  12. When all of the Steps have been completed the Stage will be marked as complete.
    When all of the Stages are complete and the journey has been finished you will Closeout the Journey by selecting the eleipses menu for the Journey
  13. Click Close Out Journey
  14. The Journey will now show as closed
