How do I attach files to Case conversations?
You can attach one or more files to a Case Conversation threads to send files to Customers, third-parties, or internal agents via Chat, Email and SMS channels.
Attaching Images to Case Conversations
- Open the conversation you want to send the files in by clicking the Conversation Thread name in the Conversation panel (third panel)
- Click the Attach File(s) button under the message composer (paperclip)
- In the pop-up, select one or more files from your computer and click Open. The selected file's names will show above the text composer
- Click Send to send the message with the files attached.
Viewing Attached Files in Conversations channel
Attached files sent in Case conversation can be viewed inline in the Case Conversation thread of by clicking the Attachments button under the text composer to view all the files that were sent and received in the chosen conversation thread.
