Attach and view files in case conversations

How do I attach files to Issue conversations? 

You can attach one or more files to Issue Private and Public Chats on Chat, Email, and SMS channels.

Chat channel

  1. In the Issue Public/Private Chat, click on chat2.png (Attach File(s)).
  2. Select one or more files from your computer.
  3. (optional) To cancel the upload, click on chat5.png (Cancel transfer).

Email channel

  1. In the Issue Public/Private Chat, select Email as the communication channel.
  2. Click on chat6.png (Compose Email).
  3. In the top right corner of the Compose Email modal, click on chat7.png (Add attachment).
  4. Select one or more files from your computer.
  5. (optional) To cancel the upload, click on chat8.png (Cancel transfer).

SMS channel

  1. In the Issue Public/Private Chat, select SMS as the communication channel. chat6.png
  2. Click on chat9.png (Attach File(s)).
  3. Select one or more files from your computer.
  4. (optional) To cancel the upload, click on chat10.png (Cancel transfer).

 

How do I view Issue conversation attachments?

In the Issue Public/Private Chat, select  (Attachments).
