Add a Note to a Case
Use notes to comment on a Case without updating the details.

Case Notes
Notes can be added to Cases if you want to provide further commentary on a Case and not change any of the individual fields within the Case.
Notes cannot be edited or deleted once added to a Case.
Add a Note
You can easily add a note to a Case in the CX Manager. Let's learn how!
- Access the Case you wish to add a note too. You can find Cases using the Site Search bar at the top or the individual search bar in the Cases view.
- In the Case panel, click the Actions button, then click on Add Note.
- Type whatever information you wish to include in the note, then click the Save Note button.
- Your note has been added to the Case! Anyone that accesses this Case will be able to read your note by clicking on the Events tab in the Case panel.
