Team Info: Org Ecosystem Field

Adding a Team to the the Org Ecosystem field on the Team Info page will automatically add that Team as a Collaborating Team when a new Case is created with the first Team as Owner Team.

For example, you add Team B to the Org Ecosystem field of Team A. When you create a Case with Owner Team = Team A, Team B will automatically be added as a Collaborator Team on that Case.
