How do I add a Virtual Assistant to my Organization?

  1. Click Bots on the left side of the platform

  2. Click +Add at the top

  • Org - The organization the Bot is associated with.
  • Name - The Display Name of your bot to differentiate it from other bots.
  • Nickname - A nickname for your bot.
  • Description - A description of your bot.
  • Default Priority Index - The priority of your bot. When multiple bots are triggered to join a channel, the one with the lowest Priority Index is the bot that will join. It is recommended to leave this as 0.
  • Language - The main language user's will be interacting with your bot in.
  • Score Frequency - Set to 1 to display thumbs up/down rating buttons after each bot response. 0 (default) does not display the thumbs up/down.
  • Group - Leave Blank
  • Searchable Knowledge Libraries - Knowledge Libraries that the bot has access to
